两株田头菇属野生菌株的鉴定及生物学特性
Identification and Biological Characteristics of Two Strains From Wild Agrocybe

摘要: 以采自云南的2株田头菇属野生菌株JZ061和JZ527为试材,采用组织分离法进行菌株分离,按照形态和分子生物学鉴定确定2株菌株的分类学地位,并对菌丝体的生物学特性进行研究,以期为今后进一步开发利用野生田头菇属种质资源提供参考依据。结果表明:菌株JZ061为茶树菇(Agrocybe aegerita),最适碳源为麦芽糖、乳糖和蔗糖,最适氮源为酵母粉和黄豆粉,最适pH为6.0,适宜温度为25~30℃;菌株JZ527为杨柳田头菇(Agrocybe salicacola),最适碳源为麦芽糖,最适氮源为酵母粉和黄豆粉,最适pH为8.0~9.0,适宜温度为20~25℃。Abstract: Two wild strains JZ061 and JZ527 of Agrocybe collected from Yunnan Province were used as experimental materials,and the strains were isolated by the tissue isolation.Taxonomic study of the two strains were based on morphological and phylogenetical analyses,and their biological characteristics of mycelia were studied,in order to provide reference for the application of the wild Agrocybe source.The results showed that the strain JZ061 was confirmed to be Agrocybe aegerita,and the optimum carbon source was maltose,lactose and sucrose,the optimum nitrogen source was yeast and soybean powder,the optimum pH was 6.0,and the optimum temperature range was 25-30℃;the strain JZ527 was confirmed to be Agrocybe salicacola,and the optimum carbon source was maltose,the optimum nitrogen source was yeast powder and soybean powder,and the optimum pH was 8.0-9.0.Suitable temperature range was 20-25℃.
