Abstract: The breeding technology of large apple seedling with branches is mainly divided into nursery site selection and nursery management,including operations such as nursery site preparation,rootstock breeding,scion and wax sealing,variety grafting,sapling branching promotion,fertilizer and water management,pest and disease control,seedling storage and grading,etc.The implementation of this technique can realize the normalization of nurseries and standardization of technique,and produce high-quality and high-standard apple dwarf self-rooted and branched seedlings.
