Abstract: According to the development status of food flower industry in Guangxi, the strength, weakness, opportunities and threat were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by SWOT-AHP.The results showed that Guangxi edible flower industry should give priority to SO development strategy, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize industrial layout, increase innovation and research and development, improve food safety system, protect and inherit excellent culture, and strengthen foreign exchanges and cooperation.
