Abstract:
Taking two cucumbers with different parthenocarpy ability as the materials, the fruit setting rate of each plant under different temperatures was tested.Setting two temperature treatments30℃/25℃,25℃/10℃(daily/night)for the light incubator, the contents of gibberellin (GA
3),abscisic acid (ABA),auxin (IAA)and zeatin (ZT)of ovary at 0,2,4days and 6days after the anthesis were measured,in order provide a reference for the cucumber production with sub-low temperature environmentand the breeding of low temperature tolerance cucumbers varieties. The results showed that,1)sub-low temperature was benefit to the parthenocarpy of cucumbers, but the effects were different on different materials;2)sub-low temperature could reduce ABA and IAA of cucumbers ovary of 2days and 4days after anthesis;3)low ABA contents of ovary from 0to 4days after anthesis was benefit to the cucumbers parthenocarpy, the ratio of GA
3,IAA,ZT to ABA was positively correlated with cucumbers parthenocarpy.
