Abstract: In order to improve the resource utilization level of fruit and vegetable wastes and promoted the applications of garbage enzymes in ecological agricultural production.In this study,the research progress of garbage enzymes production and their applications systematically were reviewed,included the concept,composition,production process,functional uses,and utilization pathways of the garbage enzyme.The research also put forward the research fields that need to be strengthened in the future of the garbage enzyme,in order to provide reference for the green development of agricultural.
