箭叶淫羊藿灰霉病的病原菌鉴定及药剂筛选

Identification of Pathogen and Screening of Controlling Agents for Gray Mold Disease of Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb.et Zucc.) Maxim.

  • 摘要: 以河南省驻马店市箭叶淫羊藿规范化种植基地箭叶淫羊藿病株为试材,采用组织分离法分离纯化病原菌,利用致病性测定、形态学鉴定和基于ITS、PRB2、HSP60基因的联合系统发育分析对病原菌进行鉴定;采用含药平板法筛选针对病原菌的防治药剂,研究了箭叶淫羊藿灰霉病的病原菌菌种类型和精准有效的防治药剂,以期为箭叶淫羊藿灰霉病防治提供参考依据。结果表明:引起箭叶淫羊藿灰霉病的病原菌为灰葡萄孢菌属(Botrytis)的Botrytis cinerea;肟菌·戊唑醇、氟硅唑、腐霉利、嘧霉胺、咯菌腈对病原菌生长均有较强的抑制作用,其中肟菌·戊唑醇的EC50值最小,对病原菌抑制效果最好。

     

    Abstract: The diseased plants of Epimedium sagittatum in the standardized planting base of Epimedium sagittatumin Zhumadian City,Henan Province were used as experimental materials.The tissue separation method was carried out to isolate and purify pathogenic bacteria.Pathogen was identified by pathogenicity testing,morphological identification,and combined phylogenetic analysis based on ITS,PRB2 and HSP60 genes for molecular biology identification.The drug containing tablet method was used to screen the prevention and controlling agents.The types of pathogenic bacteria and efficient control agents of Epimedium sagittarius gray mold disease were studied,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of Epimedium sagittarius gray mold disease.The results showed that the pathogen of leaf gray mold of Epimedium sagittatum was Botrytis cinerea.Oxime bacteria·tebuconazole,Flusilazole,Pythapyr,Azimeramide,and Fludioxonil all had strong inhibitory effects on the growth of pathogen.Among them,Oxime bacteria · tebuconazole had the best inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria with the lowest EC50 value.
