Abstract:
The diseased plants of Epimedium sagittatum in the standardized planting base of Epimedium sagittatumin Zhumadian City,Henan Province were used as experimental materials.The tissue separation method was carried out to isolate and purify pathogenic bacteria.Pathogen was identified by pathogenicity testing,morphological identification,and combined phylogenetic analysis based on ITS,PRB2 and HSP60 genes for molecular biology identification.The drug containing tablet method was used to screen the prevention and controlling agents.The types of pathogenic bacteria and efficient control agents of Epimedium sagittarius gray mold disease were studied,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of Epimedium sagittarius gray mold disease.The results showed that the pathogen of leaf gray mold of Epimedium sagittatum was Botrytis cinerea.Oxime bacteria·tebuconazole,Flusilazole,Pythapyr,Azimeramide,and Fludioxonil all had strong inhibitory effects on the growth of pathogen.Among them,Oxime bacteria · tebuconazole had the best inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria with the lowest EC
50 value.
