Abstract:
Taking cucumber as experimental materials,a pot experiment was conducted to simulate cadmium stress in soil, the effects of different soil moisture(50%-65% WHC,65%-80% WHC,80%-95% WHC) on the cucumber plant height stem thickness, and yield, chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme system(SOD,POD,CAT),proline content, malondialdehyde(MDA) content and cucumber fruit, leaf, root of cucumber under cadmium stress(1.8 mg·kg
-1) were studied. In order to clarify the physiological regulation mechanism and accumulation ability of cucumber under Cd stress by different soil moisture, and to provide theoretical and data support for cucumber production. The results showed that height and yield increased, chlorophyll content increased, the activities of SOD,POD and CAT,proline and malondialdehyde content and soluble protein content of cadmium-stressed cucumber decreased under the treatment of WHC of soil moisture of 80%-95%.
