Abstract:
Taking Pleurotus nebrodensis‘Baiza65’as the test material.The response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the liquid fermentation conditions of Pleurotusnebrodensis,and the optimal combination of carbon,nitrogen and inoculum was studied,in order to provide a reference for the industrialized production of Pleurotusnebrodensis.The results showed that the mycelium biomass reached a maximum of 2.145g at 25℃and 170r·min
-1 for 6days with the concentration of glucose 24.590g·L
-1,yeast extract 7.433g·L
-1,inoculation quantity 10.929%.
