湖南主栽西瓜品种指纹图谱构建及遗传多样性分析

Establishment of Fingerprint and Genetic Diversity Analysis of Main Watermelon Cultivars in Hunan Province

  • 摘要: 以湖南地区主栽西瓜品种中11份种质资源为试材,通过对23对核心SSR引物的筛选来构建指纹图谱,并进行遗传多样性分析,以期为湖南地区的西瓜品种保护、西瓜育种方向及种质资源创新提供参考依据。结果表明:仅用8对多态性引物便成功构建出11份西瓜品种的指纹图谱。聚类分析结果显示,大部分品种分子标记遗传分析与表型一致,但仍有部分品种与表型存在差异,推测可能是引物位点过少导致。在遗传距离0.66处,可将供试西瓜品种分为四大类。

     

    Abstract: Taking 11 germplasm resources of the main watermelon cultivars in Hunan as test material, the fingerprint was constructed by screening 23 pairs of core SSR primers, and the genetic diversity analysis was carried out, in order to provide reference for the protection of watermelon varieties, the direction of watermelon breeding and the innovation of germplasm resources in Hunan region.The results showed that only 8 pairs of polymorphic primers were used to construct the fingerprints of 11 watermelon varieties.The results of cluster analysis showed that the genetic analysis of molecular markers of most cultivars was consistent with phenotype, but there were still some varieties and phenotypes that differed, which was speculated to be caused by too few primer sites.At a genetic distance of 0.66,the watermelon varieties tested could be divided into four categories.
