Abstract:
Different parts of Aconitum leucostomum were used as test materials and extracted by anhydrous ethanol ultrasonic method, the absorbance was measured with a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 231 nm, and the total alkaloids were calculated.A method for the determination of total alkaloids in different parts of Aconitum leucostomum from different origins was established, in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of Aconitum carmichaeli. The results showed that aconitine had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.000 4-0.002 0 mg·L
-1,the regression equation was Y=0.179 5X+0.511 72,r= 0.999 4,the precision was good, RSD=3.2%(n=3).The sample solution was stable within 2 hours fter color development, RSD=2.14%(n=3).The reproducibility of this method was good, RSD=1.49%(n=3).The average recovery was 99.886%,RSD=1.27%(n=3),the average content was 0.063 7 mg·g
