Abstract:
Five-year-old kiwifruit early-maturing cultivar ‘Hongyang’and late-maturing cultivar‘Jinyan’and ‘Jinkui’were used as experimental materials, the comparison method of intercropping and non-intercropping lupin were used to explore the effects on the activities of five antioxidant enzymes(SOD,CAT,POD,GR and APX)in leaves and fruits of three kiwifruit cultivars at different growth stages,in order to provide a reference for the interplanting lupin as green fertilizer to promote kiwifruit plant growth and fruit development in summer. The results showed that the activities of five antioxidant enzymes in leaves and fruits of three kiwifruit cultivars increased first and then decreased. The activities of GR in‘Hongyang’leaves,GR and APX in ‘Jinyan’leaves,CAT,POD and APX in ‘Jinkui’leaves were higher than those in fruits. After interplanting lupin, the peak values of POD activities in‘Hongyang’and GR activities in ‘Jinyan’and ‘Jinkui’leaves,as well as SOD and GR activities in‘Jinyan’and CAT and GR activities in ‘Jinkui’fruit were reached 15-30 days earlier than the control. In addition, the GR activities in leaves and CAT activities in fruits of‘Hongyang’,POD activities in leaves and fruits of ‘Jinyan’and ‘Jinkui’increased the most than that of the control. These showed that the peak time of antioxidant enzyme activities in the leaves and fruits of three kiwifruit cultivars were not only affected, but the average antioxidant enzyme activities in different growth stages were significantly improved.Among them,GR activities had the greatest influence,POD and CAT activities had the second, and APX and SOD activities had little influence in three kiwifruit cultivars. The comprehensive study showed that ‘Jinyan’fruit had a strong selfprotection system, and‘Jinkui’fruit had a strong heat resistance.
