Abstract:
Taking hybrid orchid ‘Hongmeiren’ × Cymbidium kanran ‘Yangguifei’ of rhizomes as experimental material, using L
9(3~4) orthogonal experiment method, the effects of 6-BA,NAA,TDZ on different photoperiod and basic culture medium of rhizomes proliferation, leaf bud differentiation and flower bud differentiation were studied, in order to explore the hybrid laingen stems proliferation and differentiation of suitable conditions.The results showed that the best formula of rhizome proliferation, 2.0 g·L
