Abstract:
Taking ‘Jin Qingkou’ wintersweet cuttings as test material, the effects of different pretreatment solutions, low-temperature storage time and preservation solutions with different sucrose concentrations on the preservation effect of wintersweet cut flowers were investigated by using a series of ornamental indexes on the test cuttings, in order to prolonging the post-harvest life of wintersweet cut flowers. The results showed that the fumigation treatment of 1-MCP and the traditional pretreatment solution improved the quality of wintersweet cuttings, the aging rate of flower branches was lower than that of the clean water control group, the flowering rate, complete flowering rate and maximum flower diameter of the flower branches were significantly improved, and the combination of 1-MCP and pretreatment solution, namely 1 000 nL·L
-1 1-MCP fumigation+70 g·L
-1 sucrose+7 mg·L
-1 6-BA+200 mg·L
-1 8-HQC pretreatment solution showed a good effect, effectively prolonging the life of wintersweet cut flowers for 4 days, increased the flowering rate by 10% and extending the blooming time of the floral branches in the bottle. The pretreatment measures could effectively extend the postharvest refrigeration time of wintersweet for about 7 days, and had a significant effect on improving the flowering rate and maximum flower diameter of wintersweet branches refrigerated for more than 25 days.0.2-1.0 g·L
-1 sucrose preservation solution had a good promotion effect on the postharvest bottle cuttings of wintersweet, prolonging the life of bottle cuttings, improving the flowering rate, and increaseing the maximum diameter of flowers to a certain extent, especially 0.2 g·L
-1 sucrose preservation solution performs best, the bottle insert life was extended by 5 days, the flowering rate was increased by 5.75%,and the maximum flower diameter was increased by about 0.2 cm.To sum up, 1 000 nL·L
-1 1-MCP fumigation+70 g·L
-1 sucrose+7 mg·L
-1 6-BA+200 mg·L
-1 8-HQC pre-treatment and 0.2 g·L
-1 sucrose preservation solution treatment had the best preservation effect on wintersweet cut flowers, which could significantly improve the quality of wintersweet cut flowers and prolong the life of bottle cuttings.
