Abstract:
The ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ planted in three typical district wine grapes in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain was taken as experimental materials, six plant endogenous hormones in functional leaves at different growth stages were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the effects of frame shape on endogenous hormones in leaves at key fruit development stages were studied, in order to provide reference for quality control in different district. The results showed that significant difference among the 6 endogenous hormones in the leaves of different treatments at different key stages of fruit development.ABA,IAA,TZR and GA
3 jointly regulate the ripening and quality of wine grape fruits. There was a significant negative correlation between IAA and tannin in leaves at fruit ripening.High concentration of ABA inhibited the synthesis and accumulation of IAA,and the increase of ABA at veraison directly affected the synthesis of anthocyanins in fruits. The growth potential and resistance of different district were significantly correlated with the ratio of endogenous hormones at key fruit development stage.
