Abstract:
Taking three varieties of Brassica pekinensis(Lour.) Rupr.with excellent performance in production as test materials, the effects of seed vernalization treatment on bolting and flowering of Brassica pekinensis(Lour.) Rupr.were studied by using sprouting seeds treated at 4 ℃ for 6 days, 12 days, 18 days and 24 days respectively, in order to provide reference for seed breeding and haploid sports seed of Brassica pekinensis(Lour.) Rupr. The results showed that after low-temperature vernalization treatment, the bolting, budding, early flowering and blooming stage of the three varieties of Brassica pekinensis(Lour.) Rupr.were significantly advanced. After more than 18 days of treatment, although the plants bolting and flowering earlier, the plants and flower bolting were thinner and weaker. In the correlation analysis, the treatment time was significantly correlated with each phenotypic character. The treatment time was extremely significant negative correlation with the number of leaves, leaf width, petiole length and plant width, significant negative correlation with leaf length, petiole width and bolt diameter, and positively correlated with plant height and bolt length. The comprehensive analysis showed that the bolting and flowering time of treatment 6 days and 12 days was late, while the flowering of treatment 24 days was earlier, but the plants and bolting were thin and weak, which was not conducive to pollen or seed cultivation. The bolting and flowering time of treatment 18 days was significantly earlier and the comprehensive characters were better.
