一株野生桑黄菌的分离鉴定及活性成分分析

Isolation and Identification of a Wild Sanghuang Strain and Analysis of Active Components

  • 摘要: 以采自河南省南阳市西峡县的野生桑黄为试材,采用形态学鉴定、系统发育分析及单因素试验法,研究了该菌的分类地位和生物学特性。同时,对比了桑树桑黄、杨树桑黄及粗毛纤孔菌3种子实体中多糖、黄酮、多酚及皂苷4种活性成分含量,以期丰富桑树桑黄种质资源。结果表明:该菌为桑黄孔菌属的桑树桑黄(Sanghuangporus sanghuang)。在纯培养条件下,该菌的最适温度为26~28℃,最适生长pH为6,最适碳源为麦芽糖和葡萄糖,最适氮源为酵母浸粉和胰蛋白胨。桑树桑黄、杨树桑黄及粗毛纤孔菌3种桑黄的活性成分含量差异显著,其中,桑树桑黄中黄酮和总酚含量最高,粗毛纤孔菌中多糖和皂苷含量最高。综上所述,采自河南省的野生桑黄为桑树桑黄,且该菌在桑黄类真菌中具备较高的药用价值。

     

    Abstract: The taxonomic status and biological characteristics of wild sanghuang body collected from Xixia county,Nanyang city,Henan Province were studied by means of morphological identification,phylogenetic analysis and single factor test.At the same time,the contents of polysaccharides,flavonoids,polyphenols and saponins in Sanghuanmporus sanghuang,Sanghuangporus vaninii and Inonotus hispidins were compared,in order to enrich the resources of Sanghuangporus.The results showed that the strain belonged to S.sanghuang.Under pure culture conditions,the optimum temperature,pH,carbon source and nitrogen source were 26-28℃,pH 6,maltose and glucose,and yeast extract and tryptone.The contents of active components of three kinds of sanghang were significantly different.Among them,the contents of flavonoids and total phenols in S.sangh uang were the highest,and the contents of polysaccharides and saponins in S.vaninii were the highest.In summary,the wild sanghuang body collected from Henan Province was S.sanghuang and it had higher medicinal value in sanghuang fungi.
