UV-B对不同品种生菜生长和品质的影响

Effects of UV-B on the Growth and Quality of Four Lettuce Cultivars

  • 摘要: 以生菜为试材,以荧光灯为对照,采用相同功率的红∶蓝=4∶1组合光(RB)和红∶蓝∶UV-B=20∶5∶1 (RBU)对绿叶、红叶、紫叶和深紫叶4个品种生菜进行全光照处理,比较不同光质处理对不同品种生菜生长、产量和品质的影响,以期探索UV-B对不同品种生菜(Lactuca sativa L.)生产的影响。结果表明:4个品种生菜均在荧光灯处理下表现最差,RBU处理下绿叶生菜在茎粗和地上鲜质量上显著低于RB处理,但绿叶生菜维生素C含量在RBU处理下显著高于RB处理,紫叶和深紫叶生菜在RBU处理下各生长指标和生物量与RB处理无显著差异,但RBU处理下二者花青素含量比RB处理显著提高。

     

    Abstract: Taking lettuce as test materials, included green leaf, red leaf, purple leaf and dark purple leaf lettuce.As the control of fluorescent lamp(FL),two kinds of LED composite light quality, red light∶blue light=4∶1(RB) and red light∶blue light=20∶5∶1(RBU) with the same power were used as the light treatment for the four potted lettuces with different leaf colors.The effects of different light quality treatments on the growth, yield and quality of different varieties of lettuce were compared, in order to explore the effects of ultraviolet-B(UV-B) irradiation on the production of different lettuce cultivars.The results showed that the performance of the four varieties of lettuce was the worst under fluorescent lamp treatment.The stem diameter and aboveground fresh weight of green leaf lettuce under RBU treatment were significantly lower than those under RB treatment, but the vitamin C content of green leaf lettuce under RBU treatment was significantly higher than that under RB treatment.There were no significant differences in the growth indexes and biomass of purple leaf and dark purple leaf lettuce under RBU treatment and RB treatment, however, the anthocyanin content of RBU treatment was significantly higher than RB treatment.
