不同长势沙枣对土壤改良效果的影响

Effects of Different Growth of Elaeagnus angustifolia on Soil Improvement

  • 摘要: 以三年生沙枣(Elaeagnus angustifolia L.)为试材,根据沙枣的生长量差异,由好至差将其分为Y1、Y2、Y3 3个等级进行了田间试验,研究不同长势沙枣对土壤的改良效果的影响,以期对沙枣的推广应用提供参考依据。结果表明:沙枣可有效降低土壤pH,Y1对pH的降低效果最为显著,9月pH与7月相比降低了6.8%;3种长势沙枣土壤氮、磷、钾、铁、镁、锌等矿质元素显著高于CK,且各元素含量均为Y1>Y2>Y3;不同长势的沙枣提高了土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶活性,土壤酶活性均表现为Y1>Y2>Y3>CK;改良微生物群落,Y1中土壤中微细菌数量显著高于CK与Y2、Y3,真菌数量显著低于CK与Y2、Y3。综上所述,沙枣可有效改良盐碱地土壤,提高土壤酶活性,改善土壤微生物群落,且沙枣长势越好,对盐碱地的改良效果越佳。

     

    Abstract: Taking three-year-old Elaeagnus angustifolia L.as the research material, according to the growth difference of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.,it was divided into three grades from best to bad, Y1,Y2 and Y3,the soil improvement effect of different growth of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. were studied, in order to provide reference for the promotion and application of Elaeagnus angustifolia L..The results showed that Elaeagnus angustifolia L. could effectively reduce the soil pH value, and Y1 had the most significant effect on the reduction of pH value.The pH value in September was 6.8% lower than that in July.The contents of mineral elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, iron and zinc in the three growing Elaeagnus angustifolia L.soils were significantly higher than those in CK,and the contents of each element were Y1>Y2>Y3.The activities of soil sucrase and urease were increased by Elaeagnus angustifolia L.with different growth potential.The soil enzyme activities were Y1>Y2>Y3>CK.In the improved microbial community, the number of bacteria in Y1 was significantly higher than that of CK,Y2 and Y3,and the number of fungi was significantly lower than that of CK,Y2 and Y3.In conclusion, Elaeagnus angustifolia L. could effectively improve the soil quality of saline alkali land, improve soil enzyme activity and improve soil microbial community.The better the growth of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.,the better the improvement effect of saline alkali land.
