Abstract: The improvement of the circulation efficiency of agricultural products can effectively ensure the supply of agricultural products and stabilize the prices of agricultural products, which is of great significance for increasing farmers′ incomes, stimulating domestic demand, and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Firstly, by using the BCC model in the DEA model to analyze the difference in the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province, it was found that the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Hebei Province was generally low, and there is a serious development imbalance between regions.Secondly, the typical correlation analysis was further used to study the relevant factors affecting the circulation efficiency of agricultural products, and it was found that the level of informatization and the number of laborers had a strong influence on the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Hebei Province.Finally, it put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions such as attaching importance to the construction of professional talents in the field of agricultural product circulation, enhancing the technological innovation ability of agricultural product circulation enterprises, promoting the construction of new infrastructure, and promoting the deep integration of information technology and agricultural product circulation.
