Abstract: Agricultural producer service is a vital measure to achieve high-quality development of agriculture,and high-quality development of agriculture is an effective thrust for continuous improvement of agricultural producer services at the same time.A comprehensive evaluation system for the development level of agricultural high-quality development and agricultural producer services was constructed respectively.The coupling coordination measurement model was used to conduct an empirical study on the coupling and coordinated relationship between agricultural high-quality development and producer services development in five provinces in Northwest China from 2004 to2017.The coupling and coordinated value was gradually growing with time,and the average value reached 0.9 which realized good coordination level in 2007,and the development type transformed to service-priority,but unbalanced regional development phenomenon still existed in Northwest China.It is necessary to formulate relevant policies to promote their integrated development and realize agricultural modernization.
