Abstract:
The contents of five secondary metabolites in wild materials and tissue cultures of Lysionotus pauciflorus Maxim.in different development stages were analyzed and evaluated using high performance liquid chromatography. The contents and quality of secondary metabolites in L.pauciflorus Maxim.and its tissue cultures were studied, in order to provide reference for development and utilization of L.pauciflorus Maxim..The results showed that the contents of five secondary metabolites in different parts were significantly different. The contents of forsythin B in leaves and tender stems were the highest, and the acteoside contents in woody stems and rhizomes were the highest; the content of secondary metabolites in the tissue culture process was generally increased first and then decreased. The content changes of plantain, forsythin B and xylitol B were the most obvious. The content of secondary metabolites in different culture stages was significantly different. In conclusion, the contents of phenylethanolic glycosides in L.pauciflorus Maxim.and its cultures at the early stage of tissue culture are relatively high.It can be used as the raw material source of forsythin B,plantain and xylitol glycoside B,and has the potential to produce major secondary metabolites by biotechnology.
