Abstract: The development and application of tissue culture technology of Diospyros can greatly shorten the cultivation cycle of good seedlings, provide an efficient new way for Diospyros breeding, and provide technical support for the establishment of genetic transformation system and gene function research.This study summarized the progress of Diospyros tissue culture technology at home and abroad, focusing on different persimmon varieties, implant type, disinfection methods, plant hormone type and ratio,basic medium and other factors on the influence of persimmon tissue culture,and discussed the key problems,a comprehensive analysis of graft material easy to browning death,tissue culture seedling root difficulties,in order to provide reference for the establishment of domestic persimmon tissue culture system.
