Abstract:
Taking Pleurotus ostreatus‘Huimei No.2’as the test material,seven matrix formulas(T1-T7)were prepared using different amounts of poplar sawdust and corn straw as the main materials,and the mixed sawdust formula was used as the control(CK).The effects of different formulas on the growth,nutritional value,biological conversion rate,and yield of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium fruiting bodies were studied,in order to provide reference for selecting suitable poplar sawdust and corn straw culture matrix formulas for Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation.The results showed that the mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus could grow in the cultivation substrates with poplar tree sawdust and corn straw as the main materials,but the mycelial growth,vitality and fruiting body agronomic growth traits were poor under higher proportion of poplar tree sawdust or corn straw.Among kinds of the amino acid components,the contents of essential amino acids (EAA),non-essential amino acids (NEAA)and total amino acids were T7<T1<T2,T5<T6<T4<T3<CK.The contents of CK and T3were similar in umami amino acids,sweet amino acids,medicinal amino acids,EAA/NEAA,EAA mass fraction and nutritional quality parameters (crude polysaccharide,crude protein,crude fat,dietary fiber).Furthermore,compared with CK,the yield of T3treatment increased by 4.21%,and the biological efficiency increased by 4.31%.In summary,the T3treatment(poplar tree sawdust 30%+corn straw53%+wheat bran 10%+soybean powder 2%+corn flour 3%+lime 1%+gypsum 1%)had the best effect and could be used as a culture matrix formula to replace sawdust.
