Abstract: ‘Qingyu’ is a new fruit type cucumber F₁ hybrid developed by crossing HQ6548 as female parent and GY4237 as male parent.The plant grows vigorously with characteristic of early maturity.It has medium leaves,stable internodes,stronger stem and continuous fruit-set ability.The fruit is 35-37 cm in length,about 3 cm in diameter and 130-170 g in single fruit weight.The fruit is straight with light green skin,sparse fruit tumors and crisp taste.This variety has a high yield.It has strong resistance to powdery mildew,downy mildew and CMV.It is suitable to be cultivated in four seasons greenhouses in Shandong Province,Hebei Province,Henan Province,Hainan Province and open cultivation in Shandong Province.
