Abstract:
The fermentation metabolites of Bacillus subtilis KD1 were selected as test materials to clarify effects on the growth of mycelium, fruit body traits, yield and nutritional content of Lentinus edodes,as well as its storage stability. And various experimental methods such as statistical analysis and food analysis were used in this research. The results showed that the KD1 fermentation metabolites could significantly accelerate mycelial growth compared to the control group, with the maximum growth rate increasing by 9.64%;meanwhile,fruiting body traits were also improved significantly;moreover, the total yield of the first four batches of Lentinus edodes increased by 18.59%,and the yield of the largest single tide of Lentinus edodes increased by 35.40%;in terms of nutrients, the content and types of free amino acids in Lentinus edodes were significantly enriched;the total amount of free essential amino acids in Lentinus edodes was increased by 38.46%,and two new amino acids, leucine and isoleucine were added.Besides, the metabolites could be stored stably for a long time at room temperature. The results indicated that the application of KD1 fermentation metabolites in the production of Lentinus edodes has a broad development prospect.
