Abstract:
Taking cucumber as experimental materials, using the method of facility cultivation, the problems of soil secondary salinization, such as soil compaction, high soil salinity and reduced microbial activity caused by many years of continuous planting were studied, in order to find a way to improve soil secondary salinization through the combination application of microbial fertilizers and soil conditioners. The results showed that the addition of microbial fertilizers and soil conditioners could improve soil consolidation and reduce soil bulk density. The contents of water-soluble salt ions Ca
2+,Na
+,K
+,HCO
-3 and Cl
- in the topsoil were decreased, while Ca
2+ and Na
+ migrated to the deep layer and accumulated in the soil layer of 20-40 cm, the species diversity and richness of soil environment were increased by increasing the proportion of beneficial microorganisms such as Firmicutes and Actinomycetes.
