不同类型硼对猕猴桃生长、光合特性和果实品质的影响

Effects of Different Types of Boron on Growth, Photosynthetic Characteristics and Fruit Quality of Kiwifruit

  • 摘要: 以六年生“翠玉”猕猴桃为试材,采用田间试验法和室内分析方法,研究了叶面喷施清水(CK)、丙三醇-硼酸(BB)、山梨醇-硼酸(BS)、甘露醇-硼酸(BG)、硼酸(B)、丙三醇-硼酸+磷酸二氢钾(BBP)、山梨醇-硼酸+磷酸二氢钾(BSP)、甘露醇-硼酸+磷酸二氢钾(BGP)和硼酸+磷酸二氢钾(BP)9个处理对猕猴桃叶片叶绿素、干物质含量及硼含量、光合作用以及果实品质的影响,以期探明猕猴桃硼的高效利用,为其提质增效提供参考依据。结果表明:各施硼处理均提高了猕猴桃叶片的叶绿素含量和干物质含量,促进了光合作用;BG、BSP、BP处理显著提高叶片硼含量;BP、BGP和BBP处理对果实品质的改善作用显著,综合评价排名靠前。

     

    Abstract: Taking six-year-old ‘Cuiyu’ kiwifruit as test material, field test and indoor analysis methods were used, the effect of nine boron spraying treatments on kiwifruit leaves on chlorophyll, dry matter content, boron content, photosynthesis and fruit quality were studied.Different boron treatments were clear water(CK),glycerol boric acid(BB),sorbitol boric acid(BS),mannitol boric acid(BG),boric acid(B),glycerol boric acid+potassium dihydrogen phosphate(BBP),sorbitol boric acid+potassium dihydrogen phosphate(BSP),mannitol boric acid+potassium dihydrogen phosphate(BGP) and boric acid+potassium dihydrogen phosphate(BP),in order to explore the efficient utilization of kiwifruit boron and provide reference for its quality and efficiency improvement.The results showed that the chlorophyll content and dry matter content of kiwifruit leaves were increased and photosynthesis was promoted by boron application; BG,BSP and BP treatments significantly increased the boron content in leaves; BP,BGP and BBP treatments significantly improved the fruit quality, and the comprehensive evaluation ranked high.
