Abstract:
Capsicum anthracnose samples collected from Guiyang and Zunyi in Guizhou Province were used to isolate the pathogen by tissue isolation method. The pathogenicity of the pathogen was determined according to Koch′s law.The pathogen causing pepper anthracnose in Guizhou Province was studied according to the morphological characteristics and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis; mycelial growth inhibition method was used to study the sensitivity of pathogenic strains to 11 original drugs such as thiophanate methyl and 6 finished products such as 10% difenoconazole. On this basis, different combinations of drugs with different mechanisms were selected to determine the inhibitory activity. The results showed that, combining morphology and molecular biology, it was determined that it was the pathogen of capsicum anthracnose, which were C.acutatum,C.scovillei and suspected new species(Colletotrichum sp.).The sensitivity test results showed that the selected funguscides had a certain degree of inhibitory effect on the strains. The 4 original medicines, including prochloraz, dibenzamide, pyraclostrobin, and tebuconazole, had relatively stable efficacy against 3 strains of capsicum anthracnose. The inhibitory effect was better, capsicum anthracnose was more sensitive to 2 funguscides, 22.5% picoxystrobin and 10% difenoconazole, with EC
50 values of 1.60 mg·L
-1 and 2.12 mg·L
-1,respectively.When alcohol and pyraclostrobin were compounded at 3∶1 and 1∶1,the SR was 1.745 3 and 2.061 1,respectively, and the synergistic effect was the best at 1∶1.When picoxystrobin and prochloraz were compounded at 1∶3,1∶1 and 1∶5,the SR was 1.723 4,1.661 1 and 1.658 5 respectively, and the synergistic effect of 1∶3 was the best.In conclusion, the pathogens causing capsicum anthracnose in Guizhou Province are GY-1(C.acutatum);ZY-1(C.scovillei);ZY-2 suspected new species(Colletotrichum sp.).
