浇灌不同促生菌剂对网纹甜瓜生长发育及果实品质的影响

Effects of Different Growth-promoting Agents on Growth and Fruit Quality of Netted Melon

  • 摘要: 以枯草芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌、链霉菌为试材,通过测定不同处理网纹甜瓜植株高度、茎粗度、叶面积、单瓜质量、可溶性固形物含量以及果肉中可溶性总糖、抗坏血酸等指标,研究其对网纹甜瓜营养生长及果实品质的影响,以期筛选出促进网纹甜瓜生长和品质提升的促生菌类生物刺激素。结果表明:在网纹甜瓜定植后7 d和14 d,授粉后7 d和25 d,浇灌0.1 g·m-2哈茨木霉菌剂可以改善土壤微生物环境,提高网纹甜瓜植株根系活力,提升网纹甜瓜果实的可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖含量,使可溶性固形物在中心和边缘部分别达到15.60%和12.77%。

     

    Abstract: Bacillus subtilis,Trichoderma harzianum and streptomycete were selected as test materials.The effects of different treatments on the vegetative growth and fruit quality of muskmelon were studied by measuring the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,single melon weight,total soluble solids content,soluble sugar and ascorbic acid in pulp,in order to screen the suitable growth-promoting bacteria biostimulants for netted melon.The results showed that 0.1g·m-2 Trichoderma harzianum at 7 days and 14 days after colonization and 7 days and 25 days after pollination could improve soil microbial environment and root activity of netted melon plants,the contents of soluble solids and total soluble sugar were increased to 15.60%in center and 12.77%in edge of netted melon fruit.
