黄秋葵响应干旱胁迫研究进展

Research Progress on Response of Abelmoschus esculentus to Drought Stress

  • 摘要: 干旱胁迫严重影响黄秋葵的生长和产量的形成,包括种子萌发,株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶片面积等农艺性状,干物质累积与分配,生育期以及结实等。黄秋葵具有耐旱性强、适应性广等特点,通过一系列形态、生理和基因表达的变化以应对干旱胁迫,降低水分流失,增强水分吸收,从而维持生长和发育。研究干旱胁迫对黄秋葵形态、生理以及基因表达的影响,可为抗旱品种鉴定和选育提供重要依据。该研究对近年来黄秋葵响应干旱胁迫取得的研究进展进行了综述,并简要讨论了今后的研究趋势,为进一步揭示黄秋葵响应干旱胁迫的机制提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Drought stress has a serious impact on the growth and yield formation of Abelmoschus esculentus,including germination,plant height,stem diameter,number of leaves,leaf area,dry matter production and partitioning,growth period and fruitage.Abelmoschus esculentus has the characteristics of strong drought resistance and wide adaptability.It displays a series of morphological,physiological and gene expression changes to cope with drought stress,which reduce water loss,enhance water uptake,thereby sustaining the growth and development in Abelmoschus esculentus.Revealing the effects of drought stress on morphology,physiology and gene expression in Abelmoschus esculentus could provide important basis for the identification and breeding of drought-resistant varieties.In this study,the recent advances in research of Abelmoschus esculentus responding to drought stress was reviewed,which provide a reference for further revealing the mechanism of response to drought stress in Abelmoschus esculentus.
