Abstract:
Twenty-one resource types of Cerasus humilis fruit in Inner Mongolia area were used as materials, and the differences and variations of calcium content of Cerasus humilis fruit in different resource types were analyzed and compared, and cluster evaluation was carried out, in order to provide reference for subsequent resource research and application.The results showed that two parts of high calcium resources and nine parts of high active calcium resources were screened by cluster analysis, and the contents of total calcium, available calcium, soluble calcium and calcium pectate of Cerasus humilis fruit were different in different resource types.The calcium nutrition of Cerasus humilis fruit with different flesh color and different acidity was different, and the contents of available calcium, soluble calcium and calcium pectate in red and light red flesh were generally higher than those of orange flesh.With the increase of fruit acidity, the total calcium content decreased and the component calcium content increased, but the difference between the calcium content of fruits with different acidity was not obvious.Total calcium, available calcium and their components were divided into parameters, and the average join(between) method was used to cluster the Cerasus humilis resources, and they were divided into three types: high, medium and low content.There were obvious differences in total calcium content and available calcium content of the three types of fruits, and the difference in available calcium content of fruits was mainly reflected incalcium pectate.
