外源腐殖酸灌根对甜瓜幼苗抗冷性的影响

Exogenous Humic Acid Effects on Muskmelon Seedling Cold Resistance

  • 摘要: 以厚皮甜瓜“玉菇”为试材,待幼苗长至两叶一心时,分别用200、300、400、800 mg·L-1腐殖酸进行灌根;四叶一心时,采用昼/夜温度为10℃/5℃进行低温处理,测定甜瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、鲜质量、光合荧光、根系活力、丙二醛(MDA)、电解质渗透率以及抗氧化酶活性,研究了在低温胁迫下不同浓度腐殖酸处理对甜瓜幼苗生长及生理指标的影响,以期为腐殖酸在甜瓜抗冷应用上提供参考依据。结果表明:腐殖酸处理显著提高了幼苗在低温胁迫条件下的根系活力、叶绿素含量和净光合速率,显著降低了低温胁迫条件下幼苗细胞质膜透性和MDA含量,提高了抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶)活性,且300 mg·L-1处理均达到最大值。综上所述,不同浓度腐殖酸处理对低温胁迫下甜瓜幼苗的光合特性以及生长、生理指标差异显著,其中以腐殖酸浓度为300 mg·L-1处理效果最佳。

     

    Abstract: The thick-skinned muskmelon ‘Jade Mushroom’ was used as the test material, and the method of root irrigation with 200,300,400 mg·L-1 and 800 mg·L-1 humic acid was used.When the four-leaves peroid, the day/night temperature was 10 ℃/5 ℃ for low temperature treatment.By measuring the plant height, stem diameter, fresh weight, photosynthetic fluorescence, root activity, malondialdehyde, electrolyte permeability and antioxidant enzyme activity of melon seedlings, the effects of different concentrations of humic acid on the growth and growth of melon seedlings under low temperature stress were studied, in order to provide reference for the application of humic acid in melon cold resistance.The results showed that humic acid treatment significantly increased the root vigor,chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of seedlings under low temperature stress conditions,significantly decreased the cytoplasmic membrane permeability and MDA content of seedlings under low temperature stress conditions,and increased antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD)activity,and 300 mg · L-1 treatment reached the maximum value.In conclusion,different concentrations of humic acid treatments had significant differences in photosynthetic characteristics,growth and physiological indexes of melon seedlings under low temperature stress,and the treatment with humic acid concentration of 300mg·L-1 had the best effect.
