Abstract: The study provided a brief introduction to soil respiration in sandy ecosystems and summarized previous research results on soil respiration in such ecosystems.It also discussed in detail the influence of abiotic factors,such as soil moisture,temperature and the synergistic effect of moisture and temperature,and biotic factors,such as vegetation types and root respiration and litter,on soil respiration in sandy ecosystems.Based on these research results,the study identified current problems in soil respiration research in sandy ecosystems,with the aim of providing important references for ecological restoration and construction and maintaining ecological balance.
