Abstract:
Taking the fruiting bodies of wild Lentinula fungus collected from the mountain in Puge county, Sichuan Province as the test material, strains HG-2 and BG-1 were obtained by tissue isolation.Strains HG-2 and BG-1 were identified by DNA sequences. The effects of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources, temperature and pH on the growth of HG-2 and BG-1 strains were studied, in order to provide a reference for the utilization of wild Lentinula resources. The results showed that the two wild strains were Lentinula edodes. The optimum carbon source for the mycelial growth of HG-2 and BG-1 strains was corn meal, the optimum nitrogen source was yeast extract; the optimal cultivation temperature was 25 ℃,and the optimal pH was 6.0.
