Abstract:
Wild strain LL-1collected in the field was used as the test material, and was classified and identified based on morphological and molecular biological methods. The biological characteristics and domestication of this strain were studied,in order to provide reference for the exploitation and utilization of wild Lyophyllum decastes resources in Liaoning Province. The results showed that the morphological characteristics of LL-1were consistent with Lyophyllum decastes, and the similarity of ITS sequence was as high as 100%,which indicated that LL-1could be identified as Lyophyllum decastes. The optimum culture temperature of LL-1 was 20-25℃,the best carbon source was maltose, the best nitrogen source was beef extract, the best inorganic salt was MgSO4and the growth factor was compound vitamin B.Ll-1fruiting body weight reached 5-8g with the biotransformation rate of 68%.
