Abstract:
Infected blue honeysuckle(Lonicera caerulea L.) plants collected in Xiangfang district, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, were used as test materials. The classification status of pathogen strain was determined by isolation and culture of pathogenic fungus, pathogenicity determination, morphological identification and rDNA-ITS,LSU,TUB and RPB2 sequence analysis, in order to provide an important source of pathogen strain for future effective chemical and biological control. The results showed that fungus LD-1was identified as Epicoccum sorghinumand it could grow on PDA,OA and MEA medium, the optimum medium was OA.Optimum cultivation conditions were as follows, the optimum growth temperature was 25℃,the optimum pH was 7,the optimum carbon source was lactose and glucose, and the optimum nitrogen source was beef extract, and full light conditions were conducive to mycelial growth.
