Abstract:
A wild Lepista nuda collected from Songming area,Yunnan Province, was used as test material. The effects of carbon source, nitrogen source,pH and temperature on growth of the mycelium were investigated by single factor test to investigate effects of different culture conditions on the growth of mycelia. At the same time, based on the results of the study on the optimal culture conditions of the mycelium, the domestication cultivation of the fungus were studied by using soil covering cultivation method,in order to provide reference for the artificial cultivation of Lepista nuda. The results showed that the optimal growth temperature of the mycelium was 25℃,the optimal pH of growth was8.0,the optimal carbon source and nitrogen source were maltose and peptone, respectively. The fruiting body could form in the substrate composed of cottonseed shell, sawdust and bran.
