Abstract:
Taking Stropharia rugosoannulata,Agaricus bisporus,Coprinus comatus,Cordyceps militaris,Morchella importuna and Morchella importuna as test materials, the method of plate culture was used, the growth effects of six fungi under lead stress of 50,100,200,350 mg·L
-1 were studied, and graphene oxide was added to the strains with the best growth under lead stress to observe the effects on the growth of mycelia, in order to provide reference for the later use of graphene oxide and large fungi to jointly repair the heavy metal pollution in the environment. The results showed that the average growth rate of Morchella sextus was the fastest among the six strains. When the lead concentration in the medium was 350 mg·L
-1,the average growth rate of Morchella sextus was 23.93 mm·d
-1.Under the lead concentration stress of 100 mg·L
-1,the addition of graphene oxide could promote the growth of mycelia, but with the increasing of lead concentration, the shielding effect of graphene oxide on lead toxicity decreased.
