外源硅对连作黄瓜生长发育、产量及品质的影响

Effects of Exogenous Silicon on Growth, Yield and Quality of Continuous-cropped Cucumber

  • 摘要: 以黄瓜为试材,采用盆栽试验法,研究不同外源施硅量对连作黄瓜生长发育、果实产量及品质的影响,以期为探索外源硅缓解设施黄瓜连作障碍应用效果提供参考依据。结果表明:外源施硅处理提高了连作黄瓜株高、茎粗、叶片数、单株生物量,促进黄瓜生长。100、200、300 mg·kg-1硅处理提高作物根系活力、叶片叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量,分别增强黄瓜叶片净光合速率4.79%、11.72%和6.57%。外源硅处理显著提高黄瓜产量,200 mg·kg-1硅处理总产量升高11.09%。施硅处理下连作黄瓜果实游离氨基酸、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白质、维生素C含量升高。施硅促进连作黄瓜果实生长并提高黄瓜果实品质,硅对于缓解设施黄瓜连作障碍有比较积极的作用。该试验条件下,外源施硅量200 mg·kg-1处理连作黄瓜生长发育、果实产量及品质指标提升最显著,缓解连作障碍效果较好。

     

    Abstract: Taking cucumber as experimental material, the effects of exogenous silicon application on the growth, fruit yield and quality of continuous cropping cucumber were studied by pot cultivation, in order to provide reference for exploring the application effect of exogenous silicon alleviating cucumber continuous cropping obstacle.The results showed that exogenous silicon application increased plant height, stem diameter, leaf number and biomass of continuous cropping cucumber, and promoted cucumber growth.100,200 mg·kg-1 and 300 mg·kg-1 silicon treatments increased root activity, chlorophyll and carotenoid contents in leaves, and increased net photosynthetic rate of cucumber leaves by 4.79%,11.72% and 6.57%,respectively.Exogenous silicon treatment significantly increased cucumber yield, and total yield increased by 11.09% under 200 mg·kg-1 silicon treatment.The contents of free amino acids, soluble sugar, soluble protein and vitamin C in continuous-cropped cucumber fruits increased under silicon application.Silicon had a positive effect on alleviating continuous cropping obstacle of cucumber.Under the experimental conditions, the growth, fruit yield and quality indexes of continuous-cropped cucumber were improved most significantly by applying 200 mg·kg-1 silicon, and the effect of alleviating continuous cropping obstacle was better.
