Abstract: China′s agriculture is in a critical period of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Heilongjiang Province,as a major agricultural province in China,the development and construction of agricultural industry cluster was imperative.Based on the existing definition of agricultural industry cluster,this study summarized and analyzed the problems in the construction of agricultural industry cluster in China,and combd the role of developing advantage characteristic agricultural industry cluster in social production,social development and integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.At the same time,in order to achieve the final goal of promoting the formation of the advantage characteristic agricultural industry cluster in Heilongjiang Province steadily,rapidly and effectively,the study put forward the development suggestions of the advantage characteristic agricultural industry cluster in detail.
