Abstract:
Taking DL711 strain collected from willow as the research object, the strain was identified according to morphological characteristics, fruit-formed test and ITS sequence analysis.Meanwhile, single factor test was used to study the effects of different nutrient components and culture conditions on mycelial growth, in order to provide strain resources for the development and utilization of edible fungi. The results showed that the strain was identified as Pholiota adiposa. The most suitable carbon source for mycelial growth was fructose, the most suitable nitrogen source was yeast extract, the most suitable inorganic salt was potassium dihydrogen phosphate, the most suitable growth temperature was 25 ℃,the most suitable pH range was 4-7,and vitamins had little effect on mycelial growth.
