基于主成分分析蝴蝶兰质量评价模型建立

Establishment of Quality Evaluation Model of Phalaenopsis Based on Principal Component Analysis

  • 摘要: 以42个蝴蝶兰品种为试材,测定和调查了开花时期的植株大小、叶长、叶宽等22个性状指标,运用主成分分析和回归分析等统计方法对其进行综合分析,并建立其质量评价模型,以期为蝴蝶兰产业高质量发展提供参考依据。结果表明:不同蝴蝶兰品种间性状存在差异,不同性状指标离散程度不同,变异系数在16.12%~68.73%。相关性分析表明,22个指标间存在正相关或负相关。主成分分析共提取了5个主成分,累计方差贡献率88.242%,主成分分析结果可以很好地区分不同蝴蝶兰品种间的质量差异。通过逐步回归分析方法,建立蝴蝶兰质量评价预测模型Y=-10.109+1.331X16+0.017X13+0.030X5+0.058X2+0.163X6+0.609X22-0.014X19,其中花瓣长、中萼片L*、花序梗长、叶长、花序梗直径、唇瓣中裂片宽和花瓣a*等7个性状是评价其质量的重要指标。

     

    Abstract: The 42 Phalaenopsis samples were used as experimental materials and determined 22 morphological indices included plant size, leaf length, leaf width and other traits.The methods of descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and regression analysis were conducted to analyze and evaluate, and then the quality evaluation model was created, in order to provide reference for the high quality development of Phalaenopsis industry.The results showed that there were differences in 22 morphological indices among different cultivars, and the degree of dispersion was variation.The range of the coefficient of variance was from 16.12% to 68.73%.Correlation analysis showed that there were positive or negative correlation among the 22 indicators.Five principal components were obtained with a cumulative contribution rate of 88.242% after principal component analysis.The comprensive scores could well distinguish the quality differences between different samples.Finally, the quality evaluation prediction model of Phalaenopsis was established by the stepwise regression analysis as follows, Y=-10.109+1.331X16+0.017X13+0.030X5+0.058X2+0.163X6+0.609X22-0.014X19,in which petal length, the L* of middle sepal, peduncle length, leaf length, peduncle diameter, the middle lobe width of labial flap and the a* of petal are important indicators for evaluating its quality.
