Abstract:
The phase change board containing paraffin made of transparent glass encapsulated phase change energy storage material paraffin was taken as the research object, the heat storage and temperature regulation performance of phase change board containing paraffin under the natural operation state of plastic greenhouse and its influence on light were studied by using the test method of on-site continuous comparative measurement, in order to clarify the passive thermal environment regulation effect of internal built-in heat storage structure.The experimental results showed that the indoor average temperature of experiment greenhouse 1-3 were lower than that of experiment greenhouse 4 during the daytime, and the maximum temperature difference were 3.08-3.74 ℃.At night, the indoor average temperature of experiment greenhouse 1-3 were higher than that of experiment greenhouse 4,and effectively increased the temperature by 3.90-4.38 ℃.At the same time, the indoor light of the experimental greenhouse 1-3 met the demand.Under typical weather conditions, the indoor peak temperature of experiment greenhouse 1-3 decreased significantly during the day, and the maximum temperature drop were 4.8-13.3 ℃ with respect to experiment greenhouse 4.At night, phase change board containing paraffin continued to release heat, the indoor temperature of experiment greenhouse 1-3 were significantly higher than that of experiment greenhouse 4,and effectively increased the temperature by 0.9-10.5 ℃.In general, the paraffin with the point of 18 ℃ had the best heat storage and release effect.The indoor light conditions of experiment greenhouse 1-3 existed differences, and the indoor light were better in sunny, cloudy and overcast sky days.
