生防菌FC21对番茄灰霉病的防效及其促生作用

Control Effect of Biocontrol Strains FC21 Against Tomato Grey Mould and Its Growth-promoting

  • 摘要: 以番茄、生防菌FC21、番茄灰霉病为试材,采用盆栽和大田试验法,研究生防菌FC21不同浓度发酵液对番茄种子发芽率、番茄植株生长、番茄叶片叶绿素含量和抗性相关酶活性的影响及对灰霉病的防效,以期为生防菌FC21防治番茄灰霉病的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照相比,生防菌FC21发酵液100倍稀释液对番茄种子的发芽率、芽长、根长和番茄植株的促进作用最好,发芽率93.18%、芽长2.87 cm、根长5.38 cm、株高21.32 cm、茎粗5.68 mm; 100倍稀释液处理的叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量最高,分别为3.31、1.34、5.11 mg·g-1;10倍稀释液处理的叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性最高,分别为100.11 U·g-1、128.36 U·g-1·min-1、13.96 U·g-1·min-1,且随着稀释倍数的增加逐渐减小;100倍稀释液(1×10~6 cfu·mL-1)对番茄灰霉病的盆栽和大田防治效果分别为73.46%和72.76%。生防菌FC21菌株对番茄灰霉病有良好的防治效果和促生作用。

     

    Abstract: Taking tomato, biocontrol strains FC21 and tomato grey mould as test materials, the effects of different concentrations of fermentation broth FC21 on the germination rate of tomato seeds, the growth of tomato plants, the chlorophyll content of tomato leaves and the activities of resistance related enzymes and the control effect on grey mould of tomato were explored through pot and field experiments, in order to provide reference for the further development and utilization of FC21 against tomato gray mould.The results showed that compared with the control, the 100-fold dilution of biocontrol bacteria FC21 fermentation broth had the best promoting effect on the germination rate, bud length, root length and tomato plant, with the germination rate 93.18%,bud length 2.87 cm, root length 5.38 cm, plant height 21.32 cm and stem diameter 5.68 mm; the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were the highest in 100-fold dilution treatment, which were 3.31 mg·g-1,1.34 mg·g-1 and 5.11 mg·g-1;the activities of SOD,POD and CAT were the highest in 10-fold dilution treatment, which were 100.11 U·g-1,128.36 U·g-1·min-1 and 13.96 U·g-1·min-1,and gradually decreased with the increase of dilution ratio.The control effect of 100 times diluted solution(1×10~6 cfu·mL-1) on tomato gray mould was 73.46% in pot and 72.76% in field.The biocontrol strain FC21 had good control effect and growth promotion effect on tomato gray mould.
