铜胁迫对玉蝉花幼苗生长及生理指标的影响

Effects of Copper Stress on the Growth and Physiological Index of IrisensataSeedlings

  • 摘要: 以玉蝉花幼苗为试材,采用盆栽法,研究了不同浓度铜溶液处理对玉蝉花幼苗生长及生理代谢的影响,以期为进一步了解重金属铜对玉蝉花生长的毒害机制提供参考依据。结果表明:不同浓度铜溶液处理的玉蝉花幼苗生长和生理指标差异显著,当铜溶液浓度为50 mg·kg-1时(T1处理),能够促进植物的光合作用,加速幼苗叶片生长。但随着铜溶液浓度加大和处理时间的延长(T2~T5处理),植物应激反应明显,光合作用受抑制,植物体内活性氧累积过多,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性上升到最高然后下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对电导率和渗透调节物质的含量不断升高,最终破坏了植物体的生理环境,导致玉蝉花幼苗叶片和根部受毒害。

     

    Abstract: Iris ensata seedlings were used as the test materials.The potted method was used to study the effects of different copper solution stress treatments on the growth and physiological metabolism of Iris ensata seedlings,in order to provide a reference for further understanding of the toxic mechanism of heavy metal copper on the growth of Iris ensata.The results showed that the growth and physiological indicators of Iris ensata seedlings treated with different copper solution concentrations were significantly different.When the copper solution concentration was 50 mg·kg-1(T1),it could promote the photosynthesis of plants and accelerate the growth of seedling leaves.However,with the increase of the copper ion concentration and the extension of the treatment time(T2-T5),the plant stress response was obvious,photosynthesis was inhibited,the active oxygen in the plant accumulated too much.SOD activity rised to the highest and then dropped.Content of MDA,relative conductivity and osmotic adjustment substance continued to rise.Eventually copper stress destroyed the physiological environment of the plant body,resulted in poisonous damage to the leaves and roots of the Iris ensata.
