Abstract:
Taking Angelica dahurica seedlings as test materials, an orthogonal experimental design was used to set a total of 16 treatments with different mixtures of 4 plant growth regulators, niconazole(S3307),abscisic acid(ABA),chloramphenicol(MH),and chlorophyll(CCC) by measuring the biomass, antioxidant enzyme activity, MDA content, bolting rate and other indicators. The effects of plant growth regulators mixture on the growth of Angelica dahurica seedlings and the occurrence of early bolting were studied, in order to provide reference for the early bolting of Angelica dahurica. The results showed that different mixtures had significant effects on plant height, aboveground fresh weight, root length, root fresh weight, root-shoot ratio, POD activity, SOD activity and MDA content of Angelica dahurica seedlings.Among the four growth regulators, CCC caused the greatest changes in plant height and aboveground fresh weight, and its proportion in the mixture ratio was negatively correlated with plant height and positively correlated with aboveground fresh weight. The primary and secondary order of the effects of the four growth regulators on the bolting rate was, penicillin(MH)>niconazole(S3307)>chlorophyll(CCC)>abscisic acid(ABA).The bolting rate was significantly positively correlated with the aboveground fresh weight and root fresh weight, positively correlated with plant height, root length and SOD activity, and negatively correlated with root shoot ratio, POD activity and MDA content. The best combination to control the bolting rate was 40 mg·L
-1 niconazole(S3307)+40 mg·L
-1 abscisic acid(ABA)+2 000 mg·L
-1 cyanidin(MH)+0 mg·L
-1 chameleon(CCC).
