Abstract:
Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus citrinopileatus were used as test materials to repair the farmland soil in a heavy metal contaminated area in Shaoguan city by soil covering cultivation. The absorption and accumulation characteristics and remediation effects of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus citrinopileatus on heavy metal cadmium(Cd),copper(Cu)and zinc(Zn)pollution in soil were studied,in order to provide reference for the subsequent remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil by edible fungi. The results showed that the fruiting bodies and mushroom bran of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus citrinopileatus had the ability to enrich Cd,Cu and Zn in contaminated soil.Among them, the two edible fungi had the best remediation effect on Cd and Zn,which could reduce the content of Cd and Zn in soil to below the screening value of pollution risk, but the content of Cu in soil was still above the screening value of pollution risk. Therefore,Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus citrinopileatus had shown high remediation potential for Cd and Zn heavy metal combined pollution in soil, and they were proven to be usable for repairing Cd and Zn farmland heavy metal combined pollution soil.
