Abstract:
Taking‘W2’chrysanthemum as test materials, the microwave assisted extraction process was used, with the total flavonoids extraction rate and the average extraction rate of 7flavonoids in chrysanthemum as the evaluation indicators. The extraction process parameters were optimized using central combination experimental design, response surface analysis, and Design Expert software. The microwave assisted extraction process of flavonoids in chrysanthemum was studied,in order to provide reference for further development and utilization of chrysanthemum resources. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows, extraction solvent 70%ethanol(v/v),extraction time 75seconds,microwave power 80%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶30g·mL
-1.Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids and mean extraction rate of 7flavonoids in‘W2’chrysanthemum were 91.20%and 88.42%,respectively,which were insignificantly different from those of predicted values 91.26%and 90.92%.RSM was suitable for MAE process optimization of flavonoids from chrysanthemum, and the results could provide reference for industrial production of chrysanthemum flavonoids.
