新疆地区小浆果产业发展现状及持续发展建议

Present Situation and Sustainable Development of Small Berry Industry in Xinjiang

  • 摘要: 小浆果具有独特的保健营养价值,优良的加工性能,在世界范围内,被列为第三代果树树种,并逐渐成为目前高端市场的热门开发产品,得到了消费者和种植者的关注。新疆在进行各种林果的科学研究中,对小浆果类果树的研究起步较晚。随着人们生活水平的提高和消费观念的转变,小浆果产业逐步兴起。近年来,新疆不断推进沙棘、枸杞等小浆果产业的发展,积极建设草莓、树莓、无花果、桑葚等采摘园。利用新疆丰富的光、热资源以及昼夜温差大、日照时间长的环境特点,生产高品质的小浆果果品,积极引入加工企业,不断开发小浆果深加工产品,使小浆果产业成为新疆的特色产业之一。该研究介绍了小浆果产业国内外的发展趋势,新疆地区主要小浆果产业发展现状、发展优势、存在的问题以及发展建议,为新疆地区小浆果产业的持续健康发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The small berry has the unique health care nutrition value, the fine processing performance, in the world scope, is listed as the third generation fruit tree species, and gradually becomes the current high-end market hot development product, has obtained the consumer and the planter′s attention.The research on small berry fruit trees started late in the scientific research of various forest fruits in Xinjiang.With the improvement of people′s living standard and the change of consumption concept, the small berry industry is rising gradually.In recent years, Xinjiang has continued to promote the development of seabuckthorn, medlar and other small berry industry, actively building strawberry, raspberry, fig, mulberry and other picking garden.Making use of the abundant light and heat resources in Xinjiang, as well as the environmental characteristics of large temperature difference between day and night and long sunshine time, to produce high-quality small berries, actively introducing processing enterprises, and continuously developing deep-processed products of small berries, the small berry industry has become one of the characteristic industries in Xinjiang.This study introduced the development trend of small berry industry at home and abroad, the current situation, advantages, problems and suggestions of small berry industry in Xinjiang, the results provided reference for the sustainable and healthy development of small berry industry in Xinjiang.
