木质纤维素降解菌在秸秆堆肥中的研究现状与进展

Research Status and Progress of Lignocellulosic Degrading Bacteria in Straw Compost

  • 摘要: 木质纤维素是植物秸秆降解过程中难以降解的成分,生物降解法是秸秆降解的最有效的方法之一。秸秆降解过程复杂,其降解效率受多种因素的影响。该研究重点就木质纤维素降解菌的研究现状进行归纳总结,得到关于木质纤维素降解菌的研究主要集中于细菌、真菌和放线菌的分离与培养的结论;并对现有降解菌研究中存在的问题进行阐述,提出加强放线菌与其它降解菌的协同作用、堆体环境动态变化对复合菌剂降解能力影响等相关研究。

     

    Abstract: Lignocellulose is a difficult component in the degradation process of plant straw, and the best method of straw degradation is bio-degradation.The degradation process of straw is complicated and its degradation efficiency is affected by many factors.Therefore, the research on lignocellulosic degrading bacteria was reviewed.The existing problems in the research of degrading bacteria were expounded, and the research on the degradation of actinomycetes and the synergistic effect of other degrading bacteria should be added in the research of degrading bacteria, as well as the influence of the dynamic change of the heap environment on the degradation ability of the compound microbial agent in straw compost.
